8-10 Hour Maintenance (Daily / Early Operation Checks
These are your most frequent and important checks, designed to catch small issues before they become big problems.
Engine Oil
- Check engine oil level every 8–10 hours
- Add oil as needed, but do not overfill
Hydraulic Fluid
- Check hydraulic fluid level every 8–10 hours
- Top off only as needed
Engine Air Filter
- Monitor display panel for flashing service indicators
- Replace filter when service code is present
Engine Cooling System
- With machine cold, check coolant level and add premixed coolant if needed
- Clean debris from:
- Oil cooler
- Radiator
- Fuel cooler
- A/C condenser
- Rear grill
Fuel Filter
- Remove trapped water every 8–10 hours
Greasing Points
- Lubricate lift arms, lift links, cylinders, Bob-Tach system, pivot pins, and wedges
- Use multipurpose lithium-based grease every 8–10 hours
First Machine Checks (Initial Break-In Period
